Why is it worth to choose AirTrack for P.E. lessons?

Students of physical education (The Hague, Netherlands) conducted research on the development of motor skills using AirTrack, which showed that children learn and develop faster than when not using it.

Unfortunately, year after year, physical activity among children is declining, the same as their motor skills. In most cases, children are exposed to sports from a young age, but activities take place indoors and with little movement. As the result there is very one-sided motor development.

The AirTrack is ideal for shaping general motor skills. It is possible to be used in many ways and for many activities such as jumping, playing classes, bouncing, landing, keeping balance etc.

One of the goals of physical education lessons for many teachers is to increase students’ self-confidence, which increases their level of motivation to play sports longer and more often.

Working with fun and safe equipment is important for creating a positive perception of physical activity. AirTrack encourages movement while being a safe and soft device that students can safely “fall” on. The AirBox set can be used as a methodical and inflatable jumping box. A student can continue exercising without worrying about injuries from hitting the product, so he or she will reach the goal faster, also performing more repetitions, which naturally gives a big boost of self-confidence.

Physical activity through fun provides more motivation to move, a dose of motivation makes students more engaged in the lesson. It also contributes to a good atmosphere during lessons.
