Artzt Vitality Bioswing® is used mainly for deep muscles trainings and for maintaining the correct posture.
It was made of special spring steel, Został wyprodukowany ze specjalnie przetestowanej stali sprężynowej. This material does not break and is very flexible. The attenuating elements on the handle make the device very soft.
ARTZT Vitality Bioswing® can be used in 2 planes:
– forward to backward (always in the extension of the forearm)
– up to down or left to right (always at an angle of 90° to the forearm)
