I would like to buy products, but I don't know which one will be the best for me?

Please contact our sales department by phone: +48 32 642-37-47. He can help at any time by providing professional information and advice based on your preferences and interests. The most important thing for us is your satisfaction with the purchased product.

Are the products in your offer safe and do they have a certificate?

Of course. Our products are manufactured in accordance with applicable standards, and most of them have the appropriate national certificates (Certificate of the Institute of Sport) and international FILA, FIG, TUV certificates. You can see our certificates HERE, and others are available on request.

Where can I find product prices?

All price lists are available in the “Download” tab

What is the order fulfillment time?

Each product in the offer has a specific completion date and it all depends on the type of order. The deadline is usually 2 to 4 weeks. It covers only working days, so it does not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
The exact delivery date is given when placing an order.
Order fulfillment time + delivery by the carrier = total waiting time for the shipment.

What is the delivery cost?

Information on the cost of delivery is provided at the end of the price lists of selected goods. For the remaining assortment, the cost of delivery is calculated individually for each inquiry. For detailed information, please contact our sales department.

How can I order a product that interests me?

You can place an order by sending it to the email address polskok@polskok.com.pl or by fax to the number +48 32 642-37-47 ext. 25.
To make it easier for you, we have prepared an order form in PDF or an order form in a .doc file (MS Word) with the possibility of editing.
Remember to check the cost of delivery before placing an order.

Can I add another product after placing an order?

You can, but you must do so before shipping.
However, remember that both the completion date and the delivery cost may change in this case.

Can I place an order to an address outside Poland?

Of course. However, in order to obtain detailed information, please contact our sales department.

How can I pay for the purchased goods?

After placing the order, everyone receives a Pro-Forma invoice with the account number on the basis of which they can make a payment.
Please do not make payments based on price lists or offers.

What is the warranty period for your products?

The warranty period is 12, 36 or 60 months depending on the specific product.
